韩维（1017年～1098年），字持国，开封雍丘（今河南杞县）人。韩亿子，与韩绛、韩缜等为兄弟。以父荫为官，父死后闭门不仕。仁宗时由欧阳修荐知太常礼院，不久出通判泾州。为淮阳郡王府记室参军。英宗即位，召为同修起居注，进知制诰、知通进银台司。神宗熙宁二年（1069年）迁翰林学士、知开封府。因与王安石议论不合，出知襄州，改许州，历河阳，复知许州。哲宗即位，召为门下侍郎，一年馀出知邓州，改汝州，以太子少傅致仕。绍圣二年（1095年）定为元祐党人，再次贬谪。元符元年卒，年八十二。有集三十卷，因曾封南阳郡公，定名为《南阳集》（《直斋书录解题》卷一七）。《宋史》卷三一五有传。
