大唐造昌运，品物荷时成。
乘秋逢令节，锡宴观群情。
俯临秦山川，高会汉公卿。
未追赤松子，且泛黄菊英。

李泌（722---789），字长源，京兆（今西安）人，唐朝大臣。天宝中，自嵩山上书论施政方略，深得玄宗赏识，令其待诏翰林，为东宫属言。为杨国忠所忌，归隐名山。安禄山叛乱，肃宗即位灵武，召他参谋军事，又为幸臣李辅国等诬陷，复隐衡岳。代宗即位，召为翰林学士，又屡为权相元载、常衮排斥，出为外官。
