符竹剖千里，休戚系一方。
田里息愁叹，民安由吏良。
方今重兹选，俾近天子光。
临遣重丁宁，考察何精详。
吾兄富才业，敏锐锋莫当。
论事切时务，玉音屡褒扬。
都梁虽远郡，于今为边防。
帝曰惟汝谐，专城赖纪纲。
吾兄勤布宣，德意达穷乡。
朝夕念此民，启处几不遑。
世方急催科，下令严秋霜。
罢癃因鞭笞，男女失耕桑。
财货岂不足，众弊实蠹伤。
但能澄其源，府库有余藏。
无告深可悯，盻盻将流亡。
根本不护惜，忍以斤斧戕。
吾兄独反是，属邑赖小康。
愿言坚此志，益使仁风翔。
此邦介荆蛮，其俗气禀刚。
宜以宽治之，驯扰狡与强。
用法人固畏，中心要易忘。
十步有茂草，多士咏思皇。
况有贤师儒，德年侔珪璋。
薰陶亦既亦既久，济济观趋跄。
儒风果大振，邹鲁相颉颃。
为政有先务，本固末乃昌。
规模欲传后，计虑宜深长。
天下久无事，武备弛不张。
干戈朽且钝，卒伍骄而狂。
教飞不可缓，常若赴敌场。
军阵日修明，奸宄敢陆梁。
塞下忧空虚，积粟乃金汤。
郡事无不宜，休誉寝以彰。
吾君不忘远，大明烛无疆。
承宣有如此，促召归周行。
嗟予寡所合，幽居空激昂。
每怀济川志，自愧非艅艎。
吾兄舍我去，矫首遥相望。
我怀不能已，作诗述肺肠。
微尘裨高山，可笑不自量。
相期配古人，岂徒出寻常。
努力进此道，千古垂芬芳。

（1144—1224）庆元府鄞县人，字和叔，号絜斋。师事陆九渊。孝宗淳熙八年进士。调江阴尉。浙西大饥，前往赈恤有方。宁宗即位，为太学正。庆元党禁起，以论去。召为都官郎官，迁司封郎官、国子祭酒。后为礼部侍郎。与丞相史弥远争议和事，被劾罢。起知温州，进直学士。卒谥正献。有《絜斋集》、《絜斋家塾书钞》等。
