天生蒸民，有觉其性。阴阳肇判，含元达顺。琴瑟载咏，蘋蘩攸司。
夙夜用敬，犹惧或亏。无曰深闺，莫余云觌。淑慝在躬，指视暗室。
维椒与兰，植于中田。我思君子，淑慎寒渊。
先民有言，言不出阃。牝鸡之晨，厥家用损。节以应佩，琴以和神。
词苟或费，宁默而存。勿尚尔舌，寸心是弛。既悔而追，不胫千里。
嗟嗟愚盲，慎其德间。鹦鹉多言，只名文禽。
纻纩在笥，焕乎有烂。凄其以风，滋我永叹。维织与纴，为坊厥心。
舍业而嬉，淫慝相寻。野有络纬，振迅其翼。尔安用媮，微羽所疾。
虽有孔翠，不如春蚕。之子纂组，不如布缣。
冀妻如宾，孟光举案。夫岂矫情，偷惰斯远。啼眉折腰，邦国之妖。
彼昏罔知，反以用骄。幽闲贞静，曰配君子。载色载笑，若佐之史。
敬而能和，穆如清风。修身准此，维以令终。
