汤汤汶水波，西骛复东注。势虽汗漫来，止可流束楚。
发源本清浅，才夏即沮洳。安能浮重载，通漕越齐鲁。
有时汎商舶，潦涨藉秋雨。船官行有程，至此日艰阻。
钜野到齐东，著浅凡几处。必资州县力，涩滞方可度。
漫村赶丁夫，所在沸官府。先须刮流沙，推挽代篙橹。
硬拖泥水行，奚异奡荡努。涉寒痹股腓，负重伤背膂。
咫尺远千里，跬步百举武。兹焉幸得过，断流行复阻。
又须集牛车，陆递入前浦。中间吏因缘，为弊不可数。
蛮梢贪如狼，总压暴于虎。所经辄绎骚，不若被掠虏。
盻盻入海口，未免风浪鼓。舟中一斛粟，百姓几辛苦。
今复起堰坝，壅积百方禦。木石动万计，科配困氓伍。
不思根源微，堤障深几许。转漕本便民，广储实国补。
事功贵顺成，勉强终龃龉。海道事已然，又复有此举。
惜将生民力，委弃若泥土。山东实重地，一静乃可抚。
尝闻建隆间，有相曰赵普。凡百投利人，罢遣皆不取。
以兹报国恩，后世比申甫。黄阁十馀年，清风一万古。

王恽，字仲谋，号秋涧，卫州路汲县（今河南卫辉市）人。元朝著名学者、诗人、政治家，一生仕宦，刚直不阿，清贫守职，好学善文。成为元世祖忽必烈、裕宗皇太子真金和成宗皇帝铁木真三代的谏臣。
