策马从北来，南涉沙河渡。登岸得平原，极目风景暮。
暮天落叶何纵横，翻翻乱触马足鸣。苍山无数昔人远，前瞻忽及昆阳城。
城南滍水流城郭，英雄事业犹如昨。白水真人在侧微，谨厚伊岂常情度。
是时炎运寒如灰，五威使者车奔雷。惨惨三精云雾塞，萧萧九县飙风回。
真人一怒奋神武，手握赤符兴义旅。昆阳大战开天功，乌合如林散何许。
吾想当日严杀多，洗兵雷雨何滂沱。滍川倒流虎豹伏，乱麻尸积山嵯峨。
自尔威声震天地，凶魁恶党䰟飘逝。夏后周宣果再兴，成功磊落光前世。
悠悠此事千馀年，至今父老犹相传。我来正值太平日，战地尽作桑麻田。
生平游览好奇特，徘徊吊古中肠热。举鞭一笑寒天高，万里关河坐超越。

薛瑄（1389年8月20日—1464年7月19日），字德温，号敬轩。河津（今山西省运城市万荣县里望乡平原村人）人。明代著名思想家、理学家、文学家，河东学派的创始人，世称“薛河东”。薛瑄继曹端之后，在北方开创了“河东之学”，门徒遍及山西、河南、关陇一带，蔚为大宗。其学传至明中期，又形成以吕大钧兄弟为主的“关中之学”，其势“几与阳明中分其感”。清人视薛学为朱学传宗，称之为“明初理学之冠”，“开明代道学之基”。高攀龙认为，有明一代，学脉有二：一是南方的阳明之学，一是北方的薛瑄朱学。。其著作集有《薛文清公全集》四十六卷。
