兀然无事无改换，无事何须论一段。
真心无散乱，他事不须断。
过去已过去，未来何用算。
兀然无事何曾有，人唤向外觅工夫，总是痴顽汉。
粮不蓄一粒，逢饭但知骂。
世间多事，人事相趁，浑不及我，不乐生天，亦不受福田。
饥来一钵饭，困来展脚眠。
愚人以为笑，智者谓之然。
非愚亦非智，不是玄中玄。
要去如是去，要住如是住。
身披一破衲，脚著娘生袴。
多言复多语，由来反相误。
若欲度众生，无过且自度。
莫漫求真佛，真佛不可见。
妙性及灵台，何曾受薰链。
心是无事心，面是娘生面。
劫石可动摇，个中无改变。
无事何须读文字，削除人我本，冥合个中意。

黄庭坚（1045.8.9-1105.5.24），字鲁直，号山谷道人，晚号涪翁，洪州分宁（今江西省九江市修水县）人，北宋著名文学家、书法家，为盛极一时的江西诗派开山之祖，与杜甫、陈师道和陈与义素有“一祖三宗”（黄庭坚为其中一宗）之称。与张耒、晁补之、秦观都游学于苏轼门下，合称为“苏门四学士”。生前与苏轼齐名，世称“苏黄”。著有《山谷词》，且黄庭坚书法亦能独树一格，为“宋四家”之一。
