白马何方来，青丝红锦鞯。
手持省府檄，身著从事衫。
分麾莅属邑，衔命司括田。
一见为鸾凤，不肯为鹰鹯。
视民如有疾，见客似无官。
疲民得贾父，僻壤戴苏天。
群情有欲愬，百口难具宣。
君来五阅月，熟察民颠连。
严为浙偏垒，淳在严万山。
按图览舆地，邑境若斗然。
一分布阡陌，九分奠山川。
垦亩杂沙砾，斸土见水泉。
桑不结趼丝，农不供粥饘。
耕凿地力尽，租税民用殚。
江南享有国，钱塘余百年。
地偏费实浩，额外赋益繁。
和买非正绢，茶役皆赢钱。
民穷未忍死，上慈政令宽。
三年输未足，一榜逋悉蠲。
遗黎戴白叟，尚能话兴元。
天朝大一统，地域跨八埏。

淳安人，生卒年均不详，约宋度宗咸淳中前后在世。咸淳元年，（公元一二六五年）进士，为太常博士，历监察御史官，大理寺卿。引疾去，筑室小酉源。元至元中，屡召不起，终于家。梦桂精于易，著有易衍及中庸，致用。
