祖后昔尊御，忠邪初混茫。
诐行扬于庭，直词招自旁。
尽锄新法秽，远拯疲民康。
白头失路者，冠服煇以煌。
尤工抑外家，减官卑轮箱。
累然两孤侄，赋禄上团防。
赐书课熟读，敛衽常敬庄。
盘筵化蒲苋，歌舞讳姬姜。
堂开瞰远野，惟见条山苍。
不知天何意，反掌异存亡。
何人致颠覆，使我同披猖。
胡云半点黑，汴水千里黄。
飘萧离宫殿，零落趁伦荒。
三吴通韦岸，中禁隔龙光。
曾孙更寂寞，泥里弄耕桑。
风掀炊馌灶，雨烂漫晒禾场。
稍复卓墟墅，渐能满囷仓。
旧居重回首，欲指川无梁。
哀哉血腥涴，狐兔久埋藏。
想其屡易主，指说故侯王。
时运从代谢，形神终惨伤。
翁今垂八十，健悍嗔扶将。
句中青玉案，壁上乌丝行。
细抄四檐动，绕看三伏凉。
渚清莲叶晓，露净菊枝芳。
鹤笼翅羽阔，渔艓波浪长。
凛怀南狩日，驴溃非一方。
当由后请命，所以再隆昌。
籲俊虽草莽，象贤本虞唐。
不应妇尧舜，早已坠簪裳，
劝翁善眠食，神道分否藏。

叶适（1150年5月26日—1223年2月21日），字正则，号水心居士，温州永嘉（今浙江温州）人，南宋著名思想家、文学家、政论家，世称水心先生。嘉定十六年（1223年），叶适去世，年七十四，赠光禄大夫，获谥“文定”（一作忠定），故又称“叶文定”、“叶忠定”。叶适主张功利之学，反对空谈性命，对朱熹学说提出批评，为永嘉学派集大成者。他所代表的永嘉事功学派，与当时朱熹的理学、陆九渊的心学并列为“南宋三大学派”，对后世影响深远，是温州创业精神的思想发源。著有《水心先生文集》、《水心别集》、《习学记言》等。
