日用总玄玄，时人识未全。当推心上好，放下口头禅。
法法非空法，传传是妄传。不曾修福始，焉能有祸先。
不益便无损，不变岂能迁？不垢亦不净，无缺亦无圆。
莫着嗔和喜，何愁迍与邅。不作善因果，那得恶因缘？
不闻兴废事，名利不相牵。精粗无爱恶，妍丑不憎怜。
不偿欢喜债，都无恩怨缠。打开人我网，跳出是非圈。
清虚不好古，恬澹倦希贤。休思今世后，放下未生前。
从他佛是佛，任伊仙是仙。既无尘俗累，何忧业火煎。
有无俱不立，虚实任相连。都缘无取舍，自然无过愆。
来去浑忘却，死生何预焉？居止无余欠，随处任方圆。
饥来一碗饭，渴则半瓯泉。兴至自逍遣，困来且打眠。
达者明此义，休寻天外天。见前赤洒洒，末后亮娟娟。

李道纯 ，湖南都梁（武冈）人，宋末元初著名道士。字元素，号清庵，别号“莹蟾子”。精于内丹学。李道纯博学多才，他的内丹理论兼容并包，系统非常完整。其师王金蟾为道教丹功南宗白玉蟾之弟子。李道纯融合内丹道派南北二宗。其内丹理论以“守中”为要诀。 故后人称其为内丹学中的中派。
