翼翼高斋，秩秩群经。推辞绎义，必敬必诚。持心惟虚，是受是承。
立志惟笃，是毅是弘。恢廓其量，可吞沧溟。奋作其勇，若捍都城。
求之勿易，思之勿更。取之欲博，约之欲精。圣言何疑，不疑不明。
圣道何正，不正不平。融会其殊，操植其恒。朝斯夕斯，期乎有成。
外怯不足，小德微能。内有若无，盎溢缶盈。惟仁之居，惟义之贞。
霁月之明，止水之澄。天君明泰，我纵我横。道无不得，理无不形。
富贵敝屣，子女酷刑。难玷污辱，宁过㓗清。大之天下，小之家庭。
是经是纬，是章是程。圣读庸行，马牛冠缨。博览孔殷，书匮是铭。
允矣君子，夜寐夙兴。惟诚惟勇，有权有衡。圣训赫临，于几于楹。

方孝孺（1357—1402年7月25日），宁海人，字希直，一字希古，号逊志，曾以“逊志”名其书斋，因其故里旧属缑城里，故称“缑城先生”；又因在汉中府任教授时，蜀献王赐名其读书处为“正学”，亦称“正学先生”，明朝大臣、学者、文学家、散文家、思想家。后因拒绝为发动“靖难之役”的燕王朱棣草拟即位诏书，被朱棣杀害。南明福王时追谥“文正”。
