厥初由阀阅，吾志在林泉。
为舜不无地，睎颜尽有天。
鱼虫犹可佛，鸡犬皆登仙。
顾我非六六，荷天良拳拳。
幼时气宇壮，长日文彩鲜。
琴剑微暖席，江湖动经年。
异乎三子撰，契彼五家禅。
既已出洙泗，从而师偓佺。
肩依洪崖右，道在灵运前。
所得既天秘，与交又国贤。
可图大药资，以办买山钱。
东访鼎湖浪，西寻苍梧烟。
一寸百炼刚，半生双行缠。
簪绅非无欲，鱼鸟从所便。
逸兴五湖阔，虚名四海传。
饱餐青精饭，细读黄石编。
顷自七闽出，放焉迷市廛。
红尘刺人眼，名利交相煎。
富贵已尝鼎，云霄当著鞭。
蹉跎度青春，迟暮即华颠。
且有安期枣，与夫泰华莲。
高陵易为谷，沧海俄成田。
光景亦倏忽，物华随变迁。

白玉蟾（1194 - ？），南宋时人，祖籍福建闽清，生于海南琼州，内丹理论家。南宗的实际创立者，创始金丹派南宗，金丹派南五祖之一。生卒年待考，原名葛长庚，本姓葛，名长庚。字如晦，号琼琯，自称神霄散史，海南道人，琼山老人，武夷散人。幼聪慧，谙九经，能诗赋，长于书画，12岁时举童子科，作《织机》诗；才华横溢，著作甚丰。自幼从陈楠学丹法，嘉定五年（1212）八月秋，再遇陈楠于罗浮山，得授金丹火候诀并五雷大法。
