前日雨如丝，缤纷杂朝雾。
昨日雨如注，万壑争驰骛。
今朝有霁色，作意在芒屦。
那知昨如倾，漫天飞瀑布。
介休借车振苍穹，十八叶幡如火红。
涛头起伏万银屋，河伯尽以山为宫。
门前小艇疾飞鸿，挽我同趋急流中。
人生如梦贵适意，乘此可食千头龙。
醉中举杯谢舟子，口腹自营吁可鄙。
不闻大禹不过门，血指为疏九年水。
何如乘风拜张坚，唤取女娲来补天。
坐令赤子脱鱼腹，六合内外还桑田。
柳枝却下蛟龙约，谈笑支奇付铁索。

邓肃（1091～1132），字志宏，南剑沙县（今属福建）人。生于宋哲宗元祐六年，卒于宋高宗绍兴二年，年四十二岁。少警敏能文，善谈论。会李纲罢相，上疏争之，干执政怒，罢归居家，绍兴二年（1132年）五月，携母避寇福唐（今福清），五月初九病逝，年仅41岁，归葬于邓墩。肃著有《栟榈集》三十卷，《挥尘后录》传于世。《闽沙邓氏族谱》载：邓肃，字志宏，父祖谷，长子邓普，字寰宇，次子邓慈。
