伊昔岂无旱，赫日流金石。
伊昔岂无水，巨浸连天白。
未若去岁风，飘忽几终夕。
时方属新秋，稻子半黄赤。
倏然卷地来，一扫不遗力。
但觉田亩空，不见仓箱积。
余祸及吾民，来春有饥色。
巡门粥妻子，不足充贵籴。
往往成流离，有家归不得。
我方还里闾，正值此艰厄。
有心怀拯救，不寐欲通昔。
念无捐廪人，此意空愤激。
民饥犹己饥，吾宁忍独食。
作糜倒瓶粟，恨不及九百。
纠合族与隣，乐从有吾叔。
岂但一时利，永作他年额。
要令里中人，自此长饱德。
虽或有凶年，不复更他适。
郑罕与宋乐，未足为匹敌。
施厚报必丰，会须看他日。

吴芾（1104—1183），字明可，号湖山居士，浙江台州府人（现今浙江省台州市仙居县田市吴桥村）人。绍兴二年（1132）进士，官秘书正字，因揭露秦桧卖国专权被罢官。后任监察御史，上疏宋高宗自爱自强、励精图治。
