般阳有山名金雀，山发清辉奇璞。
望气尝言玉宝藏，贾胡几遣良工度。
金刚宝鑽竞穷搜，百里青苍困鋔凿。
琼瑰未获得研材，温润还将六美学。
有若玉徵琴面莹，有如金弹陶轮著。
规天矩地形制毓，中或辟流外圭角。
晴窗气暖墨花春，牋襞毫奔光照灼。
吾生特好惟四物，累载裒鸠盈几格。
先生闭户日著收，朝餐每不餍藜藿。
高闳梁肉虽有余，孰敢就门赒隐约。
先生固自尝有言，不忍将身作沟壑。
先生崖岸高莫攀，持此谓宜无见却。
一留为惠固已多，敢冀新诗旋踵作。
精深雅健迫风骚，使我忧荒忽惊矍。
还如甘露醒心昏，更似神篦除眼膜。
先生精义已入神，准易时容见涯略。

王益柔（1015—1086）字胜之，河南（今河南洛阳）人，王曙之子，用荫入官。庆历四年（1044）以殿中丞召试，除集贤校理。庆历四年，预苏舜钦进奏院会，醉作《傲歌》，黜监复州酒税。神宗时，累迁知制诰，直学士院，先后知蔡、扬、毫州和江宁、应天府。元祐元年卒，年七十二。《宋史》、《东都事略》有传。《全宋词》录其词一首。
