昔岁歉无年，今夏仍荐饥。罢民去南亩，贱价捐东菑。
籍籍道路间，饿者何累累。藜藿不充肠，苶然旄与倪。
嗟我禄代耕，每食为不怡。徒怀仲由志，身贱那得施。
属城上民讼，比牒皆苦词。奉诏实有无，百闻谢一窥。
星言说桑田，行与父老期。触热不敢休，重趼宁告疲。
郊原赤如赭，秉穗无孑遗。垦艺不可分，四旁生蒺藜。
流行诚代有，愚弱岂易欺。附上亦有刑，残下罪攸司。
鄙夫不忍此，告吏咸赦之。庶兹咻喔恩，足以苏茕嫠。
大农急经费，言利析毫釐。二吾犹不足，一切宁谓宜。
国侨敏争承，郑邑用不危。冯煖焚券书，田氏人若归。

刘攽bān（1023～1089）北宋史学家，刘敞之弟。字贡夫，一作贡父、赣父，号公非。临江新喻（今江西新余）人，一说江西樟树人。庆历进士，历任曹州、兖州、亳州、蔡州知州，官至中书舍人。一生潜心史学，治学严谨。助司马光纂修《资治通鉴》，充任副主编，负责汉史部分，著有《东汉刊误》等。
