任生累叶居章丘，僮妾指千百马牛。
文轩彩阁插云上，脆管繁弦邀客留。
闲时好把道书读，日啖汤饼无时休。
一朝阴厥忽仆地，六脉隐约如虾游。
移时开寤拂衣起，喜气入面轻黄浮。
自言惚恍有奇遇，不翅乘軿观十洲。
初逢一身卧空旷，手足僵劲无寸柔。
大神持刀剖心腹，洞见十二仙家楼。
红光眩眼视闪烁，后先楹户皆朱髤。
绛衣女子导以入，手执幢节悬银流。
入宫升殿谒女主，美艳可使春花愁。
鸳鸯曳裙佩软玉，芙蓉仍插金搔头。
五明扇遮九龙座，珍珠帘挂珊瑚钩。
分班就坐未及语，有敕太官催进羞。
须臾水陆尽交错，玉盘擘脯堆红虬。
女乐翩翩次第举，搊筝弹瑟鸣箜篌。
燕罢瑶阶月初转，余情不断鱼含钩。
紫州小姑遽饯别，《阳春》一曲翻新讴。
隐雷作声忽惊觉，却厌人世真蜉蝣。
若非名登九天籍，安得俗驾攀真俦。
室中宴坐绝荤血，扃沄不许他人抽。
或为妍唱感异类，水禽山雀争喧啾。
如斯岁发至六七，犹怨阔远难冥搜。
家人共怪狐鬼惑，握粟出卜城南头。
巫医迭进献方技，何异白石江水投。
相里先生来自陕，纤目入鬓清于秋。
腰悬药壶大如斗，吐言便觉冰生喉。
且云饼中天麦毒，阴气不决为人尤。
必须阳精可制胜，驱逐恶厉诛阴酋。
嵩岳丹砂我独得，迎阳捣就光油油。
便烹芦菔和为液，袪疾有同鹰脱郤。
三斋七戒始敢服，服后所见非前侔。
侍臣朱裳多故恶，执乐不作含深忧。
再服户楹皆变白，素衣对泣声咿躭。
三服宫闱欹且侧，左右纷乱如惊鸥。
女主戎装急奔窜，上车历录行荒陬。
迅霆一击前殿火，虐焰四射森戈矛。
自兹神观渐复旧，方与人事通绸缪。
呜呼我人最灵贵，一为病蛊忘身谋。
孰知无病亦颠倒，沉蚀声利甘拘囚。
纷纷白昼混人鬼，老死竟不分薰莸。
当持六经炼为药，尽疗天下苍生瘳。

宋濂（1310—1381）字景濂，号潜溪，别号玄真子、玄真道士、玄真遁叟。汉族，浦江（今浙江浦江县）人，元末明初文学家，曾被明太祖朱元璋誉为“开国文臣之首”，学者称太史公。宋濂与高启、刘基并称为“明初诗文三大家”。他因长孙宋慎牵连胡惟庸党案而被流放茂州，途中病死于夔州。他的代表作品有《送东阳马生序》、《朱元璋奉天讨元北伐檄文》等。
