囊封初上九重关，是日清都虎豹闲。
译文：奏折闯过关卡送达朝廷，恰好这天虎豹被关禁闭。
注释：胡邦衡：胡邦衡，字邦衡。囊封：古代臣子上给皇帝的秘密奏章，都用囊装起，以防泄露，也叫封事。九重关：指朝廷。清都：古代神话中上帝住的地方，据说清都共有九道门，南虎豹把守。
百辟动容观奏牍，几人回首愧朝班？
译文：百官们惊恐地看着密奏，却没有几人为怯懦羞愧。
注释：百辟：朝中大臣。奏牍：书写奏章的简牍。
名高北斗星辰上，身堕南州瘴海间。
译文：胡邦衡公忠义心名高北斗，却身堕南海边毒瘴之地。
注释：瘴海：有瘴气的（恶性疟疾流行的）滨海地区。
不待他年公议出，汉廷行招贾生还。
译文：用不着几年后公正评议，朝廷会将胡公重新召回。
注释：贾生：汉代贾谊，谪居长沙。

王庭珪（1079～1171）字民瞻，自号泸溪老人、泸溪真逸，吉州安福（今属江西）人。性伉厉，为诗雄浑。乾道八年（1172）病逝，终年92岁，去世后葬于安福县山庄乡下沙村长甫村后山腰，胡铨撰写墓志铭碑。王庭珪是两宋之交的重要诗人。他个性刚直，辞官归隐，曾因诗送胡铨而被贬辰州。靖康之变而后他表现出对国家忧患和民生疾苦的极大关注，有着强烈的爱国情感，诗文词创作都取得了较高成就。
