唐代：李商隐
望断平时翠辇过，空闻子夜鬼悲歌。
译文：望不见平时帝王的翠辇经过，只能在夜半聆听冤鬼的悲歌。
注释：望断：向远处望直至看不见。翠辇：饰有翠羽的帝王车驾。子夜：夜半子时，半夜。又是乐府《吴声歌曲》名。悲歌：悲壮地歌唱。
金舆不返倾城色，玉殿犹分下苑波。
译文：宫妃金舆不返难见到倾城色，只有曲江的流水被玉殿分波。
注释：金舆：帝王乘坐的车轿。倾城色：旧以形容女子极其美丽。此指嫔妃们。玉殿：宫殿的美称。下苑：本指汉代的宜春下苑。唐时称曲江池。
死忆华亭闻唳鹤，老忧王室泣铜驼。
译文：临死时才想念在华亭听鹤唳，老臣忧念王室命运悲泣铜驼。
注释：华亭闻唳鹤：感慨生平，悔入仕途之典。铜驼：铜铸的骆驼。多置于宫门寝殿之前。
天荒地变心虽折，若比伤春意未多。
译文：经过天荒地变虽使人心摧折，若比伤春的哀恸此意不算多。
注释：天荒地变：影响巨大而深远的巨变。指国家的沦亡。折：摧折。伤春：为春天的逝去而悲伤。一作“阳春”。

李商隐，字义山，号玉溪（谿）生、樊南生，唐代著名诗人，祖籍河内（今河南省焦作市）沁阳，出生于郑州荥阳。他擅长诗歌写作，骈文文学价值也很高，是晚唐最出色的诗人之一，和杜牧合称“小李杜”，与温庭筠合称为“温李”，因诗文与同时期的段成式、温庭筠风格相近，且三人都在家族里排行第十六，故并称为“三十六体”。其诗构思新奇，风格秾丽，尤其是一些爱情诗和无题诗写得缠绵悱恻，优美动人，广为传诵。但部分诗歌过于隐晦迷离，难于索解，至有“诗家总爱西昆好，独恨无人作郑笺”之说。因处于牛李党争的夹缝之中，一生很不得志。死后葬于家乡沁阳（今河南焦作市沁阳与博爱县交界之处）。作品收录为《李义山诗集》。
