飞絮飞花何处是，层冰积雪摧残，疏疏一树五更寒。爱他明月好，憔悴也相关。
译文：柳絮杨花随风飘到哪里去了呢？原来是被厚厚的冰雪摧残了。五更时分夜阑风寒，这株柳树也显得凄冷萧疏。皎洁的明月无私普照，不论柳树是繁茂还是萧疏，都一般关怀。
注释：层冰：厚厚之冰。憔悴：瘦弱无力脸色难看的样子：颜色憔悴，形容枯槁。关：这里是关切、关怀之意。
最是繁丝摇落后，转教人忆春山。湔裙梦断续应难。西风多少恨，吹不散眉弯。
译文：最是在繁茂的柳丝摇落的时候，我更免不了回忆起当年的那个女子。梦里又见当年和她幽会的情景，但是好梦易断，断梦难续。遂将愁思寄给西风，可是，再强劲的西风也吹不散我眉间紧锁的不尽忧愁。
注释：最是：特别是。繁丝：指柳丝的繁茂。这两句里的“柳丝”和“春山”，都暗喻女子的眉毛。春山：春日之山。又，春山山色如黛，故借喻女子之眉毛，或代指女子。这里指代亡妻。湔裙梦断：意思是涉水相会的梦断了。湔裙，溅湿了衣裙。西风：从西方吹来的风。

纳兰性德（1655－1685），满洲人，字容若，号楞伽山人，清代最著名词人之一。其诗词“纳兰词”在清代以至整个中国词坛上都享有很高的声誉，在中国文学史上也占有光采夺目的一席。他生活于满汉融合时期，其贵族家庭兴衰具有关联于王朝国事的典型性。虽侍从帝王，却向往经历平淡。特殊的生活环境背景，加之个人的超逸才华，使其诗词创作呈现出独特的个性和鲜明的艺术风格。流传至今的《木兰花令·拟古决绝词》——“人生若只如初见，何事秋风悲画扇？等闲变却故人心，却道故人心易变。”富于意境，是其众多代表作之一。
