灯火已收正月半，山南山北花撩乱。闻说洊亭新水漫，骑款段，穿云入坞寻游伴。
译文：正月十五元宵灯节之时，钟山一带芳草如茵，林木葱郁，那一片生意盎然的春景，让人流连忘返，心醉不已。涛亭刚刚下过春雨，词人骑着小毛驴，翻山越岭去观赏美丽的风景。
注释：灯火：元宵节彩灯。洊亭：在钟山西麓。新水：春水。款段：本指马行迟缓，此处指作者骑驴缓行。穿云入坞：深入到云雾缭绕的山坞中去探奇览胜。坞：四高中低的小凹。
却拂僧床褰素幔，千岩万壑春风暖。一弄松声悲急管，吹梦断，西看窗日犹嫌短。
译文：游玩之后，回到了寺院中。经过一天的玩赏，词人也累了，他放下纱帐，铺好被褥，在和煦温暖的春风吹拂下进入梦乡。不知睡了多久，他突然被悲切的松涛之声吵醒，梦醒时分，窗外已是日落西山了。
注释：褰：提起，撩起，揭起。幔：窗帘。一弄：一奏，一吹。

王安石（1021年12月18日－1086年5月21日），字介甫，号半山，谥文，封荆国公。世人又称王荆公。汉族，北宋抚州临川人（今江西省抚州市临川区邓家巷人），中国北宋著名政治家、思想家、文学家、改革家，唐宋八大家之一。欧阳修称赞王安石：“翰林风月三千首，吏部文章二百年。老去自怜心尚在，后来谁与子争先。”传世文集有《王临川集》、《临川集拾遗》等。其诗文各体兼擅，词虽不多，但亦擅长，且有名作《桂枝香》等。而王荆公最得世人哄传之诗句莫过于《泊船瓜洲》中的“春风又绿江南岸，明月何时照我还。”
