若实无为无不为，天堂地狱长相随。
三尺杖子揽黄河，八臂那托冷眼窥。
无限鱼龙尽奔走，捉得循河三脚龟。
脱取壳，铁锥锥，
吉凶之兆便分辉。借问东村白头老，
吉凶未兆若何为。休休休，
古往今来春复秋。白日腾腾随分过，
更嫌何处不风流。

释元易（一○五三～一一三七），俗姓税，潼川府铜山（今四川中江县东南）人。徽宗大观四年（一一一○）出住招提，十更名刹，晚住襄州石门寺。为青原下十二世，芙蓉道楷禅师法嗣。高宗绍兴七年卒，年八十五。《嘉泰普灯录》卷五、《五灯会元》卷一四有传。今录诗三首。
